Having worked in the field for over 12 years, Brian has worn just about every hat when it comes to effective web development. Whether he's working with code or collaborating with our team of developers, Brian couldn't be in a better position to help me&e deliver flawless web development.

As our co-founder and development lead, Brian is constantly focused on the best possible end-result, bringing to the table extensive experience providing web-based application development and ecommerce programming for clients of all kinds. His work providing high quality results on tight deadlines has allowed Brian to challenge and drastically expand his expertise in PHP, Ruby on Rails, MySQL and ASP, making him a valuable resource to both our customers and our development team as a whole.

Brian explains that most of his experience is in "technical problem solving, sometimes diving into source code head first and other times deciding the best technology for a given project." Brian is well versed with the way computer technologies rapidly evolve, and his vast experience with the core concepts of development and programming allow him and his development team to constantly stay on top of the latest technology trends.

Brian says the part he enjoys most about his job is finding new and creative ways to approach technical challenges. He compares the role he plays in project development to the role of an architect or builder. "I get to look at the project from several perspectives: the big picture and how the pieces fit together, as well as from a programmer's point of view."

Brian says the aspect he finds most exciting about project development is the moment where everything begins to come together into a functioning system. After all the planning and initial development efforts, when the project goes out for testing, it's almost akin to watching a child take its first steps.
